Two Grand Gentlement from Yesteryear

These two chefs were, in their time, cornerstones of the World Association of Chefs Societies.

Emile Perrin was an Honorary President of WACS and he was present at the Sorbonne University, Paris in 1928 for the inaugural gathering and formation of WACS. Auguste Escoffier was appointed the first Honorary President of WACS at this congress.

Albert Bochatay was the Secretary of the Swiss Chefs Association and Treasurer of WACS.
